We attended a call out in Claypole as the client couldn't secure their lounge window
It's not a nice feeling when you can't secure a window - especially on a downstairs room. As soon as we got the call we were quickly able to drive along to Claypole from our base in Newark and get the problem fixed.
In this case it was a failed locking mechanism that we were able to replace from parts that we carry on the van. The client was relieved that we were able to fix the problem in just one visit and after a quick cup of tea we were off to our next call out.
