Daniel came out to look at a problem with my back door, he quickly diagnosed the issue and discussed the options of repair or replace with a more secure new lock which was the option i took , all done and dusted in a matter of a few minutes and a cup of tea ! will definitely be using him again if i get the need

French Doors Repaired

Daniel's expertise in repairing very complicated damage to the French doors was outstanding. He worked diligently to secure the hinges that were hanging on by a thread. Since the other side of the door had never opened as there was no key, Daniel fitted a new barrel lock and hey presto, French doors that work. Awesome. Thanks, Daniel, for your work, and you were a joy to meet.

Window Handle Fixed

Contacted Newark Doors and Windows to fix a damaged window handle. Left a voice mail and Daniel phoned straight back. I described the issue and sent him some photos. He came back to me a few hours later with a very sensible price to fix including materials. He turned up on time, was extremely fast and well organised. He made sure every thing was clean and tidy when he left. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic Service

Ive found a little gem in Daniel. Couldn’t lock my sliding patio door, rang Daniel and although he was on a job he turned up 2 hours later and went above and beyond to fix the problem. My door now works better than ever and he was very reasonable on the price. Highly recommend.

Jammed Lock Fixed

Fantastic service – highly recommend! Newark Window and Door Repair went above and beyond. They fixed a stiff lock that had been bothering us for ages and replaced some glazing in the kitchen that had ‘bloomed’ and lost its clarity. It’s made such a difference – the whole space feels like it’s had a new lease of life. Friendly, efficient, and really thorough – we’ll definitely use them again!

Speedy Service When Locked Out

Where to begin, the house was flooding in the kitchen from a burst hot water pipe and I was locked out! Long story! I was just about to break a window, then thought of Dan , I knew he fixed locks doors and windows, it was 7pm so thought I was pushing my look. But Dan answered the phone, but had a family commitment, but thankfully he said he'd be right there!! 10 minutes later as promised he arrived and 5 minutes later Dan had picked the lock ( no damage! No broken windows, I've seen locks picked on tv but I was amazed how easy he made it look, we got the water turned off so the flood damage kept to a minimum, Dan fitted me a new lock and head back to his family. Great guy and a great job, can't thank him enough!

Smashed Window

came home from work on Friday to find a large window in my dining room had been smashed by someone or something , phoned Daniel as i'd used him before for a little job , he came out a couple of hours later and secured the window temporarily and returned on monday with the new glass and soon had it fitted ,on my request Daniel also advised me on upgrading my door locks as i'd become a bit worried about security now , he came back on Wednesday and fitted the new lock , feel a lot safer now , Thank you Daniel
