A call out to a failed locking system in Farndon, near Newark.

Multi-point locking systems can be subject to failure for many reasons - because of this, it's a good idea to get them checked over regularly. Doors can shift or drop a little, expand or contract and this puts strain on the locking points and the mechanism its self. The knock-on effect is that the lock either jams or becomes stiff.

In this case we were called out to Farndon (a lovely village in the Sherwood district of Nottinghamshire) where the multi-point system had completely jammed in the locked position. We released the lock and fitted a brand new and high quality multi-point locking system - another job well done!
