Locksmiths Newark: A Variety of Lock Repairs

It's always easier to carry out lock repairs when the sun is shining and it was a pleasure to be out repairing locks in Newark today

We started the day with the challenge of a sticking door / lock and it was pretty straightforward - a replacement hinge and careful adjustment freed up the lock and made for a snug fitting door once again. The customer was happy that it wasn't a lock replacement and we quickly moved onto our next job.

The next stop was just outside Newark and involved replacing a window lock  and handle that had broken. We sourced a matching lock and again quickly carried out the repair with minimum fuss.

Our next stop was a stubborn lock in Newark town centre. It seemed like it hadn't been used for a while and it had completely seized up in the past, at which point somebody had tried to force it. We didn't mess about - lock replaced from parts carried on the van. Another happy customer and this was all before lunch!
