We got a call from this customer in Tuxford as they feared their front door lock was failing. It turned out to be a sticky multipoint locking system and a slightly misaligned door. No need to replace the lock its self but because everything had been a little sticky, we replaced the door handles as they'd become loose and were looking well-used.
