A lovely customer in Newark gave us a call when they couldn't gain access to their property via the front door. At this point you're perhaps thinking that we had to do lots of hacking around, hammering and sawing - well It doesn't work like that. We calmly gained access with no damage to the door.

The customer was relieved to be able to get in, and from there we set about fitting a new 'gearbox' (the central locking mechanism) along with a Euro Cylinder and internal thumb turn.

All done with the minimum of fuss and once we'd had a cuppa we were on our way.

The majority of locks like this can be fixed in one visit. We try to carry a broad range of stock to deal with most situations. On the rare occasions when a lock can't be fixed in one visit, we'll return as promptly as possible, having left your property secure.
